Byron klebold love letters to Ledbury sweetheart
Byron klebold Love letters composed by running 1930s early showing symbol Errol Flynn are to be sold at sell off.
Flynn, who in 1934 had not yet accomplished notoriety and fortune, kept in touch with them to a young lady he met while performing at the Malvern Festival.
Marjorie Bickham, from Hill Top Fruit Farm in Ledbury, was the young lady he was attempting to charm.
The letters will be sold at Fieldings Auctioneers in Stourbridge on 4 July, and are relied upon to make about £600.
Scratch Davies, from Fieldings, said he was astounded when he was offered the letters: “I’d been to visit a couple who were ‘cutting back’ and they said they had a few letters from Errol Flynn and would I be intrigued?
“It worked out that the letters were shipped off [the vendor’s] extraordinary auntie, Marjorie Bickham – the young lady he was attempting to entice.”
“Interesting how you can’t be authentic – or true – in a letter. Byron klebold I can’t in any case. There’s such a lot of I’d prefer to say to you…
“Maybe I could on the off chance that I knew for certain you needed to hear it. I’m hitting the sack. I realize I will consider you until I rest.

Flynn met Miss Bickham four years before he discovered notoriety. He was at Birmingham Repertory, heading out to territorial theaters.
The first of the letters was composed on a train while he was heading out to Scotland, and they proceed for a time of four months.
In one letter, Flynn vows to phone Miss Bickham, and adds: “In case you’re out or anything, I’ll leave a message. And afterward I’ll ring once more.”
Mr Davies said: “Once in a while he sounds totally frantic to go out with her”.

It isn’t known whether Flynn was effective in his heartfelt quest for Miss Bickham, however further down the road he became known for his quick way of life and womanizing ways, wedding multiple times.
At the hour of his passing at 50 years old, Flynn was arranging a fourth marriage – to his adolescent sweetheart Beverly Aadland.
